Definitely Rosa Parks! Her' single act of courage inspired a generation to act against injustice. She will always be one of my role models and heroes.
i think no women's history month is complete without mention of elizabeth cady stanton. Elizabeth Cady Stanton was the 'guiding light' of the women's movement and is one of the greatest women of American history. I hope all young girls (and boys!) learn about her story and her fight for justice.
I know most are probably sick of her. But I have to say Hillary Clinton. I admire her on for her work/advocacy on behalf of children and families throughout her career. She may be one of the most-hated women in the world but I am inspired by her strength, substance and intelligence.
